World Series

The World Series started with the San Francisco Giants winning the first game over the Detroit Tigers. I'm not the baseball fan that I once was, but I'm interested to see who wins for political reasons. There is a very strong correlation between which league wins and which party wins. When the victor is from the National League, the Democratic candidate usually wins the presidency. I wonder if President Obama is rooting for the Giants. (He's really a Chicago Cubs fan.) We'll see what happens this time.
