NYC Marathon

Sunday's NYC Marathon was canceled yesterday for the first time in its history. Mayor Bloomberg had hoped that the race would bring the city together as well as bring in millions of tourist dollars. The backlash however changed his mind. It just wasn't appropriate at this time, and all the city's resources should be spent on recovering from the storm.
