Opening Ceremony

The big story of the day was the opening ceremony at the London Olympics. As always it was big and flashy with lots of volunteers. Parts of it were terrific, like the Olympic rings coming together over the top of the stadium. Other parts were way over the top, like James Bond and the Queen jumping out of a helicopter. Anyway the flame was lit, and now the athletes can take center stage.
