Some idiot threw tacks and small nails onto the road yesterday, and at least 30 riders got tire punctures. Fortunately tour leader Bradley Wiggins was a better sportsman than the saboteur, and he slowed down the peloton to allow defending champion Cadel Evans and the rest of those affected to catch up.
