D.C.

I already knew that D.C. wasn't working, but today I saw it first hand. While driving from Washington to Richmond, VA, I got caught in a major traffic jam at 2:30 pm. I suspect that they were all government workers leaving early. Of course they probably work harder than the members of Congress, but that's not saying much.
