Mars
There was lots of excitement at the Olympics over the weekend, but the biggest achievement was the landing of Curiosity on the planet Mars. It's the largest and most advanced spacecraft ever sent there. It cost $2.5 billion and over 5000 people worked on the project. It's expected to revolutionize deep space science.
