US Women's Soccer Team

The US women won the gold medal in soccer for the third straight time with a 2-1 victory over current world champion Japan. The game was close and exciting. Carli Lloyd scored both goals and Hope Solo made some spectacular saves to preserve the win. In fact the entire team played well, and they all contributed to the victory.
