Pussy Riot

The feminist punk band Pussy Riot were convicted of hooliganism and sentenced to two years in prison. That seems a little harsh for a political protest. I think a $30 ticket would have been more appropriate. Plus the Orthodox church has forgiven them. The USSR may have fallen, but suppression in Russia obviously hasn't.
